On-property staff

✓ We are SHA-certified: This certificate means we have complied with the Tourism Authority of Thailand in our readiness to improve our products, services and sanitation measures in helping prevent the spread of COVID-19

Guest arrival

✓ Temperature check and alcohol gel at check-in
✓ Registration required upon entry through QR code

Guest rooms
✓ Guest rooms, in particular frequent touch points, are thoroughly sanitized with Ecolab-approved disinfectant and spray
✓ UVC disinfectant lights have been added to housekeeping protocols to kill viruses and bacteria

Eat & drink
✓ Implemented strict disinfectant protocols for cleaning dining utensils, tables and other frequent touch points
✓ Food and drinks are available for private in-room dining
✓ Menu is available via QR code
✓ Socially distanced tables that comply with the Ministry of Health’s advice

Housekeeping in public areas
✓ Frequent touch points in public areas — such as elevators, door handles and seating — are routinely sanitized with disinfectant 
✓ Drawn out guidelines in public areas to ensure social distancing 
✓ Alcohol gel is readily available throughout the property 

Staff wellness
✓ Temperature checks for our staff before their shift 
✓ Strict preventive protocols in place to ensure safety in between shifts
✓ Staff must wear a mask and gloves at all times when performing duty
