⬩ Long Holidays & Public Holidays Surcharge: An additional 2,000 THB per room, per night (as per government announcements). This includes the following dates in 2026:

⬩ Pet Policy: 1,500 THB per pet, per night. Limit: Maximum 2 pets per room. Eligible Room Types: Valid for Deluxe Room and Pool Villa Garden only.

⬩ Inclusions: Room rates are inclusive of daily breakfast, prevailing government tax, and service charge.
⬩ Payment & Cancellation: Full prepayment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are non-refundable.
⬩ Amendment Policy: One-time date change is permitted with at least 3 days’ notice prior to the original check-in date (subject to room availability).

⬩ Rights to Change: VALA Hua Hin reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without prior notice.

⬩ Validity: Vouchers are valid only within the specified period. No extensions will be granted under any circumstances.
⬩ Non-Exchangeable: Vouchers are prepaid and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other services.
⬩ Lost/Stolen Vouchers: The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen vouchers, and no replacements will be issued.
⬩ No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the voucher will be automatically voided and is non-refundable.
